Dr. Punt is a coaching brand operated by Thomas Lee. Thomas Lee / Dr. Punt may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, email address, athlete or booking details, private-session request information, payment-reference information where applicable, waiver or consent information, and SMS consent information where applicable.

Booking and request information may include session selections, scheduling preferences, emergency-contact details, athlete profile information, and other information you submit through website forms.

How We Use Information

Dr. Punt uses submitted information to operate the website and services, process and manage bookings or private-session requests, communicate about appointments and scheduling, maintain athlete and administrative records, provide customer support, manage payments or payment verification, improve services, and send communications the user has agreed to receive.

SMS Consent and Communications

SMS consent is optional and is collected through separate, unchecked checkboxes on applicable Dr. Punt website forms. Users may independently choose whether to receive transactional/informational texts about bookings and whether to receive promotional texts.

Transactional/informational SMS consent covers communications from Thomas Lee related to Dr. Punt bookings, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, and other updates directly related to sessions the user requests. Promotional SMS consent is collected separately and covers communications about Dr. Punt coaching-session availability, training programs, and related services. SMS consent data is used only for the communications the user agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

For clarity, mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Dr. Punt may use service providers that process information only as needed to support website, communications, payment, hosting, database, or business operations, subject to appropriate handling of that information.

Choosing booking-related SMS does not require you to choose promotional SMS, and choosing promotional SMS is a separate voluntary decision.
