Digital Product Refund Policy

All digital program sales are final

All Dr. Punt digital program sales are final. Because digital products are delivered electronically and access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the program, or dissatisfaction after access has been provided.

When a refund may be considered

• Duplicate charges
• An incorrect product delivered due to a technical error
• A file that cannot be accessed or downloaded and cannot be resolved by Dr. Punt within a reasonable period

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact Dr. Punt within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve it.

Programs are for the original purchaser only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed.

This policy applies to digital training programs sold through Dr. Punt. It does not replace any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
