These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Dr. Punt website and the booking, request, program, and communication features made available through it. Dr. Punt is a coaching brand operated by Thomas Lee.
Website and Services
By using the Dr. Punt website or submitting a booking or request, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Availability, session details, pricing, and services may change as displayed on the website or as communicated by Dr. Punt.
Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Bookings and private-session requests are subject to availability and the booking or cancellation terms shown during the applicable booking flow. Payment methods, confirmation status, and refund treatment are governed by the terms displayed at booking and the posted Refund Policy.
Digital Programs
Digital training programs and related materials are provided for purchaser use under the terms presented with the product. Users are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and for seeking qualified medical or professional guidance when needed.
SMS Terms
Thomas Lee, operating the Dr. Punt coaching brand, offers optional SMS communications to athletes and customers who voluntarily opt in through the Dr. Punt website. SMS consent is separate from required booking or purchase terms.
- Users opt in voluntarily through applicable Dr. Punt website forms by actively selecting one or both optional, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes.
- Transactional/informational SMS consent is separate from promotional SMS consent. Users may agree to booking-related texts without agreeing to promotional texts.
- Transactional/informational messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, cancellations, and other updates directly related to sessions a user requests.
- Promotional messages, when separately authorized, may include Dr. Punt coaching-session availability, training-program updates, and related service information.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Users are responsible for keeping their phone number current and for notifying Thomas Lee / Dr. Punt if the number associated with their booking or communications changes.

Limitation and Availability
